Becky brings over 30 years of insurance industry experience to our team. She began her career at Bankers/Shippers, which later merged into GMAC Insurance/Integon, where she spent 10 years as a Senior Underwriter handling both personal and commercial lines. She then transitioned into claims, serving 12 years as a Senior Claims Adjuster with the same company. Becky also broadened her expertise through insurance-related roles at LabCorp and UNC Healthcare before joining IIGNC.
She joined the IIGNC team in 2022 and plays a vital role in assisting our existing personal lines clients with all of their insurance needs. She provides dedicated support for policy changes, billing questions, and claims, ensuring every client receives timely guidance and a seamless experience.
A lifelong resident of the Burlington/Mebane area, Becky has been married for 30 years and is the proud mom of a daughter and a son. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, trying new restaurants, and celebrating special occasions. Becky has a creative side—she loves making things by hand, refinishing and painting furniture, as well as cooking and baking. An animal lover at heart, she currently has a rescue cat who joined her family at just a few weeks old and has brought endless joy into their lives.
